The Dry Foods Solution’s Fornula One Formulation Software is a middleware solution developed exclusively to better integrate a customer’s Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, production floor batch, lot traceability, and data collection. The intelligent Human Machine Interface (HMI) touchscreen controller displays easy-to-follow instructions and graphics to show important work instructions, visually warn operators of Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) regulations, and HACCP data. The HMI controller ensures that every recipe is weighed within tolerance and no ingredient is omitted to improve accuracy and reduce costs. By weighing ingredients within a controlled tolerance, annual ingredient costs and scrap batches can be significantly reduced.
